Even if you don't have a team, you can meet new friends and submit a project with them during the event.

Fill in your information.
We only need your email address, name, university, field of study, optionally allergies, optionally additional needs, and optionally resume.

👥

Optionally form a group of up to 4 people (including you).
If one member is accepted then the entire group is. You can form any team during the event regardless of who you apply with.

Finalize your application.
This lets us know you’re done inviting group members and we should consider your application.

⏳

Wait to be accepted or rejected.
Because there are more people who want to join than the available space allows, application does not guarantee acceptance.

If accepted, confirm your participation upon receiving an email.
You will then receive another email that confirms we are expecting you.

If necessary, ask for a visa invitation letter.
We’re happy to write one, though we cannot guarantee you a visa, and we cannot call a consulate for you.
